These courses have developed from over 15 years of teaching and training experience and from conversations with teachers attending courses but still not being "quite ready" to deliver their first class or they just "don't really know if they're doing it right".
Teachers.
You wanted to find your niche. You are passionate about Acro but haven't a clue where to start with lesson planning. So you do a course that teaches you how to spot cartwheels but doesn't teach you about how to support a mixed level class or about how to adapt for neurodivergent children and I know that your students are asking to learn how to aerial and you know they' re not ready but you can't explain why or how to get them there.
Studio owners.
We know your students love Acro but not every dance teacher or studio has the confidence to teach it.
So you outsource to someone else and your business loses money.
We are here to fix that for you.
This course is built on decades of teaching and training experience and is led by a highly qualified team of staff that I cannot wait for you to meet.
We aren't like any other organisation.
We are a not for profit community interest company which means everything we make goes back to our services to you and our communities.
Why are we running this training instead of just working ourselves in these studios?
Full disclosure, we still work with dance studios to deliver acrobatics but we want studios to have autonomy and well, to be honest, our staff are so busy we have hit maximum capacity on how many studios we can help!
