The important "stuff". We know hanging upside and cartwheeling is the best thing in the world, it's why we do what we do. However, even with awesome, experienced and highly qualified staff, things can still go wrong in session. We want you to know that yes OF COURSE its fun but this kind of activity can also be dangerous.

EVERYONE ELSE - When you sign up for your classes this will be attached to every booking you make. Sick of filling it in? Use our app and LOGIN as your information is safely stored.

To be completed before a new class, please arrive early enough to do this.
Please don't let all the tick boxes scare you. We are all fully qualified and experienced working with a range of medical conditions, additional requirements and injuries. This doesn't mean you can't attend but you must fill one of these good guys in so we can keep you from doing any more damage to prevent you from exercising as you want to.
