Catherine is a highly skilled professional dancer with over 11 years of performance experience and a teacher of Pilates, Dance, Acro & Circus, Zumba, about to complete her PGCE in Performing Arts. Her passion lies within contemporary dance since obtaining her degree and Performers Award from The Northern School, Leeds.  'I am passionate about encouraging individuals to embrace new challenges and discover their unique superpowers'

TJ is a coach, choreographer, and creative soul with over 10 years of experience in the industries of dance and cheer. He thrives on creating innovative choreography,  constantly pushing the limits of movement.  Coach TJ leads our AcroTots program in Cramlington alongside Assistant Coach Rosie every Sunday. Ross is an experienced aerial instructor with a decade of expertise in the circus industry. He holds a degree in Circus Arts from Circomedia, Bristol and honed his skills in acrobatics, aerial, handbalance, juggling and more, reaching a high level of proficiency. Ross' passion for movement began with parkour and at 14, embarked on his teaching journey by obtaining an assistant coach qualification through British Gymnastics.
